Q: I downloaded the app but I could not log in. Why?

A: Before using the CityNexus Mobile App, please sign up using your mobile number and your Republic Plaza Access Card.

Q: During app registration, I could not find my gantry card number. What should I do?

A: You can email citynexus@cdl.com.sg for assistance.

Q: I can’t remember my username and password. How do I log in?

A: In the App Login page, you can use the “Forgot password?” feature to reset your password.

Q: Does the turnstile access feature require internet?

A: Yes, the unique QR code required for access can only be generated with internet availability.

Q: What modes of payment are accepted for the Order Pay Collect feature?

A: Payment can be made by credit card only.

Q: Can I cancel my Order Pay Collect purchase after payment is made?

A: You can remove items from your bag before making payment. However, once payment has been made, refunds and cancellations are not allowed.

Q: How do I track the status of the building feedback that I submitted?

A: You will receive in-app notifications on the progress of the feedback.

Q: How is payment made for Complimentary & VIP Parking?

A: Once a request for Complimentary & VIP Parking is approved, an invoice will be billed to your company. The Company Administrator can specify which users in the company require approval.

Q: What are the charges for Complimentary & VIP Parking?

A: Complimentary Parking is $80/day and is valid for 1-time entry only. VIP Parking is $100/day and allows for multiple entries and exits within a single day.

Q: Can anyone in the company apply for Aircon Extension?

A: Only users who have been assigned the rights by the Company Administrator will be able to do so.

Q: How is payment made for Aircon Extension?

A: Once the request is approved by Building Management, an invoice will be billed to your company.
